I still can’t believe they want to knock down 10 Murray St, Hobart. There are better things for the government to be spending money on than knocking down a perfectly fine building, just to build another one. Like doctors, nurses, teachers, and fixing the roads.

Continue readingIt has been a very dry winter in Tasmania this year. There has been so little rain, the grass has not recovered from summer. Despite the cold wet weather we have managed to get around Hobart the last week or two, most of the paddocks and fields around the place are far from green.
I took this shot this afternoon around the back of Brighton, the sun hitting the dry hill juxtaposed nicely with the dark storm clouds forming overhead .
